Levid ("we," "our," or "us") provides a digital financial platform that enables cross-border money transfers, virtual card issuance, and AI-powered financial management tools. By accessing or using Levid's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract. You must complete our identity verification process (KYC) before accessing full services. Levid reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Levid facilitates cross-border money transfers using a combination of regulated banking partners (Swan), stablecoin technology (Kraken, Yellow Card, Solana), and local payout providers (LemFi). Transfer fees are displayed before you confirm any transaction. Exchange rates are locked at the time of transfer confirmation. Levid is not a bank. Your funds are held with our regulated banking partners and safeguarded in accordance with applicable regulations.
Transfer fees are included in the displayed exchange rate. Subscription fees for Levid Pro are billed monthly. Card issuance and maintenance may incur additional fees as disclosed. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Virtual cards are issued by our card-issuing partner (Marqeta) and are subject to their terms. You are responsible for all transactions made with your virtual card. Report lost or compromised cards immediately. Levid may freeze or terminate cards at its discretion for security or compliance reasons.
Levid's AI agent provides suggestions and automation based on your financial activity. AI-generated recommendations are advisory only. You retain full control and responsibility for financial decisions. You must approve high-value actions before they are executed. The AI agent does not constitute professional financial advice.
You may not use Levid for: money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, illegal gambling, sanctioned transactions, or any activity violating applicable laws. Levid monitors transactions for suspicious activity and reports to relevant authorities as required by law.
Levid is not liable for losses arising from: exchange rate fluctuations, delays caused by partner institutions, unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure credentials, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We collect and process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using Levid, you consent to such processing. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
You may close your account at any time. Levid may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, regulatory requirements, or at our discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, you must withdraw any remaining balance within 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
